The Miami studio, based in Wynwood, is one of the few in the Southeast with full architectural capability, working across workplace, hospitality, residential and mixed-use. The role Lead projects end-to-end across commercial, hospitality and residential sectorsManage schedules, budgets and consultant/contractor coordinationDevelop and present design proposals, programming, FF&E, finish packagesOversee construction documentation through to deliveryMentor junior and intermediate designersOwn client relationships and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle About you 6–8 years of interior design experience across commercial, office, hospitality and/or residentialConfident leading projects and client relationships independentlyProficient in Revit (essential), AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative SuiteStrong knowledge of FF&E, specifications and construction documentationNCIDQ, LEED or WELL credentials a plusBased in or relocating to the Miami metro area · Current US work authorisation required What's on offer $85,000 – $105,000 depending on experienceAnnual bonus + comprehensive benefits (health, 401k with match, FSA, PTO)Hybrid working modelReal career progression within a growing multi-studio firmA studio in the heart of Miami's most creative neighbourhood
