Interior Design Project Manager

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Schaumburg, IL, for an Interior Design Project Manager. The individual will oversee interior design projects from concept to completion, including space planning, design development, and collaboration with clients and teams. Responsibilities include creating and reviewing construction drawings, project scheduling and budget management, furniture selection, and liaising with contractors to ensure timelines and quality standards are met. Qualifications Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design, with a strong sense of design aestheticsProficiency in Project Management, including budget and schedule oversightExperience with Construction Drawings and technical documentationKnowledge of Furniture selection and sourcing for commercial or residential projectsStrong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teamsProficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar toolsBachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related fieldKnowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plus
