Job Title: Interior Design Project Manager Job Description eWe are seeking a dedicated Interior Design Project Manager to support renovation work within the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong experience in architectural schematic design and material selection, ensuring that all design projects meet our high standards of excellence. Responsibilities • Lead and manage interior design projects, with a focus on renovation within the hospitality industry. • Collaborate with architectural and design teams to develop schematic designs. • Select appropriate materials to meet project specifications and client expectations. • Ensure that all project stages are completed within the allocated time frame and budget. • Coordinate with stakeholders and communicate project progress effectively. Essential Skills • 3+ years of experience in Interior Design, particularly in renovation work for commercial and hospitality sectors. • Proficiency in Revit for design and documentation purposes. • NCIDQ certification. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Strong project management skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Work Environment The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cleveland, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
