Job Title: Interior Design Project Manager Job Description eWe are seeking a dedicated Interior Design Project Manager to support renovation work within the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong experience in architectural schematic design and material selection, ensuring that all design projects meet our high standards of excellence. Responsibilities • Lead and manage interior design projects, with a focus on renovation within the hospitality industry. • Collaborate with architectural and design teams to develop schematic designs. • Select appropriate materials to meet project specifications and client expectations. • Ensure that all project stages are completed within the allocated time frame and budget. • Coordinate with stakeholders and communicate project progress effectively. Essential Skills • 3+ years of experience in Interior Design, particularly in renovation work for commercial and hospitality sectors. • Proficiency in Revit for design and documentation purposes. • NCIDQ certification. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Strong project management skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Work Environment The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements. The role involves collaboration with diverse teams and offers opportunities for creative expression and professional growth. The dress code is business casual. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cleveland, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
