About this role

**Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Project Manager to join our team. As an Interior Design Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all projects meet the client's needs and are delivered on time and within budget. **Responsibilities:** • Formulate preliminary space plans and sketches that integrate the client's needs • Confirm preliminary space plans and design concepts are safe, functional, aesthetically appropriate, and meet all public health, safety and welfare requirements • Determine selection of colors, materials and finishes to appropriately convey the concept and to meet socio-psychological, functional, maintenance, lifecycle performance, environmental, and safety requirements • Establish selection and specification of furniture, fixtures, equipment and millwork, including layout drawings and detailed product description; and provision of contract documentation to facilitate pricing, procurement and installation of furniture • Coordinate and collaborate with other allied design professionals who may be retained to provide consulting services • Confirm construction documents for non-structural and/or non-seismic construction are signed and sealed by the responsible interior designer, as applicable to jurisdictional requirements for filing with code enforcement officials • Assist with administration of contract documents, bids and negotiations as the client's agent • Provide reporting on the implementation of projects while in progress and upon completion • *Qualifications:** • At least two (2) years of design experience within the commercial real estate market • Preferred Bachelor's degree from an CIDA accredited institution in a related discipline or field of study (i.e. Architecture, --Interior Design, Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, Project or Construction Management, etc.) required, OR Bachelor's degree in Other Major than above plus Interior Design Certification, Degree or Diploma • Excellent time management, communication, collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, in addition to the ability to work independently • Skills coordinating Audio Visual and other specialty consultants • *Benefits:** • Eligible employees can enroll in a variety of benefit programs, including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work • Competitive pay, which may vary depending on factors such as geographic location, date of hire, total hours worked, job type, business line, and applicability of collective bargaining agreements • The compensation for this role is $46,750.00 - $55,000.00
