Interior Design Project Manager

As an experienced Interior Design Project Manager, you will manage large scale, high-end residential projects from start to install for growing design team. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Work closely with interior designers to create complete specifications and detailed order list. • Generate client proposals and place orders. • Coordinate with vendors and trades, troubleshoot and resolve issues. • Provide ongoing project status reports for clients and design team. REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in interior design or interior design project management. • Interior Design degree from accredited institution and NCIDQ certification a plus. • Proficient in AutoCAD. • Extremely detail oriented – must love spreadsheets, lists, and organization, and managing the smallest of details. • Strong interpersonal skills – must work well within a team environment, and with clients, vendors and trades. • Experience in Studio Designer a plus.
