Interior Design Project Lead

Project Overview We are seeking a residential design manager to lead projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams and overseeing the design process, including developing construction documents, selecting finishes, and coordinating with contractors. The selected candidate will be responsible for: • Managing project timelines and budgets • Collaborating with senior staff members on design decisions • Designing and implementing interior spaces that meet client needs • Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget Requirements To be successful in this role, candidates should have: • A bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture • Experience managing design projects, preferably in a residential setting • Strong communication and organizational skills
