Duration: Full-Time, Direct Hire Compensation: $65,000-$75,000/Year Job Summary: A local architecture firm in the Chattanooga, TN area is looking for an Interior Project Manager with a strong background in managing interior design projects independently. The ideal candidate will hold an NCIDQ certification and possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. This role requires exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to oversee projects from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage interior design projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. • Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. • Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and documentation. • Utilize advanced data analysis and financial modeling to support project decision-making. • Ensure all projects adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Qualifications: • NCIDQ certification is required. • 5+ years of experience in interior design project management. • Proven ability to manage projects independently and effectively. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in project management software and tools. • Knowledge of current design trends, materials, and technologies. Preferred Skills: • Experience with sustainable design practices. • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
