Interior Design Project Manager

Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Design Project Manager to oversee the design and implementation of interior projects. As an associate designer, you will be responsible for measuring and drawing assigned projects, including functional programming; space planning; specification of furniture, finishes, and equipment; design and QC of custom fabrications; and coordination of artwork, signage, and other specialties. You will render projects using hand or mechanical means, create and distribute project punch lists, and enter work orders for assigned projects (e.g., performing building inspections, supervision of trades and contractors, coordination with internal departments, etc.). You will also ensure completion of work orders and projects by making site inspections and following up by supervising the quality control of tradesman and contractors. Required Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or other building arts discipline • Ability to pass DOT medical exam Benefits The successful candidate will have exceptional problem-solving and project management skills.
