Our boutique firm excels in providing professional, timely, and excellent communication services to our clients. We're seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing full-home renovations or new builds and furnishings from concept to installation. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience and be proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Layout with excellent 2D and 3D rendering skills. Key Responsibilities: • Create 3D renderings, elevations, architectural detailing, construction drawings, and furniture floor plans in Sketchup and Layout. • Develop client presentations and specification books using Sketchup, Layout, Canva, and Adobe. • Contribute ideas towards space plans that respond to a client's lifestyle requirements. • Assist with researching and specifying finishes and furnishing materials. • Have a working knowledge of textiles. • Lead on-site job walks with general contractors/trades/clients. • Mentor new employees and assist with installations. Project Management Skills: • Lead client projects and presentations. • Create project budgets. • Evaluate project progress against key milestones and stay within budget. • Plan projects and maintain profitability targets. • Manage on-site job walks with general contractors/trades/clients. Organizational Skills: • Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously from project conception to completion. • Prepare items for client presentations. • Meet deadlines on projects. • Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
