Interior Design Project Manager

Required Skills • Self-Motivated & a good team member, who can work quickly and efficiently - in an organized manner. Ability to pull schemes, layer color, and texture. • Excellent verbal & written (in English), and visual communicating skills, and have a high attention to detail. • Have a Desire to learn & expand in design and industry knowledge. Physical work of packing accessories & boxes (Must be able to lift 35 pounds). • Be able to travel, and have a personal car to use for quick errands (Mileage is compensated). • Must be able to go out of town for installations (3-5 days). • Ensure each project has materials, finishes, FF&E, artwork, and window treatments • Manage multiple, simultaneous projects through all phases of design with high accuracy, timeliness, and follow-up. • You will be involved in project inception, through to completion. INTERIOR DESIGNER/PROJECT Manager (RESIDENTIAL) - We are a small interior design firm concentrating on Model Home Design - in new construction, seeking a highly creative and passion-driven Int. Designer to join our team. We work in a very fast paced environment, and are seeking a 'driven' and well-organized individual. Attention to detail is a must with a love for decorating! We are looking for a team player who is ready to expand in their career field in the Interior design industry. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: Enrolled in an Associates or B.A - Interior Design Program or similar. AutoCAD, expertise in Microsoft Suite is a must, as you will be using PowerPoint for presentations (QuickBooks, Merchandising & Accessorizing experience is a plus).
