Description The Interior Design Associate will oversee, manage, and conduct owner inspections for small to medium-scale University capital construction projects, focusing on interior design and tenant improvement. Responsibilities encompass scope development, design coordination, schedule and budget management, job site quality control, and coordination of construction activities with building users. This role includes supporting large capital projects across all University of Oregon campuses, with primary responsibilities during the design and construction phases. Qualifications • One year of experience managing capital improvement projects. • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or closely related field, or three additional years of relevant experience.
