Stephanie Ervin Interiors is an interior design firm located in Brentwood (Nashville), TN. We are looking for a talented and driven team member to join the company as it embarks on exciting new ventures. SEI designs clean and curated spaces that create fresh, functional, and well-appointed projects. We are seeking a Project Manager to support the design team with purchasing, logistics, and... client communications to keep projects running smoothly. The Project Manager is responsible for ordering all goods, as well as, managing the shipping, receiving and delivery process of all goods. This role will span several ongoing projects at once, with different clients and in different cities in the US. The Project Manager will also manage the implementation of the project by meeting with clients and contractors to discuss timelines and expectations. RESPONSIBILITIES Includes, but not limited to: • Place POs with vendors. • Maintain order tracking, delivery and receiving of goods. • Maintain vendor relationships. • Obtain quotes. • Assist in developing client proposals & invoices. - Ensuring that pricing and lead times are recorded and up to date. - Arrange installations with warehouse and delivery companies. - Resolving any claims or problems with received products. - Support design team in maintaining client communications and expectations. - Meet with contractors and clients. - Support design team in social media decisions. - Assisting with sample requests and administrative necessities. - Position is an office position but occasionally physical work (such as moving small furniture, accessories, etc.) will be required for installs. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: — Minimum one year experience supporting a team in an office setting. — Solid computer skills and understanding of basic programs (Numbers/Excel, Keynote/PPT, etc.) — Knowledge of IVY/Houzz is plus — Experience with E-Commerce is a plus — Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously — Responsible, flexible and detail-oriented with great work ethic and sound judgement — Friendly & engaging personality with strong client service skills — College degree required (Interior Design degree a plus) — Strong communication skills This is a unique opportunity to wear many hats while working alongside the Principal Designer and Design Team. There is invaluable exposure to the many facets of the interior design business, in both residential and commercial interiors
