Company Description Celedore Fine Wallpapers is a company based in Charlotte, North Carolina, specializing in high-quality wallpapers, fine fabrics and we are the regional stockist of Farrow & Ball. We are located at 5010 Park Rd. Celedore offers a wide range of unique and luxurious wallpapers and fabrics to enhance any space. We are open Monday - Friday from 9-4 and operate by appointment. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Interior Designer at Celedore Fine Wallpapers in Charlotte, NC. The Interior Designer will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of customer interior design projects, including space planning, selections and project management. They will collaborate with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure successful project completion. Our shop works with clients of all budgets - ability to connect with all personality types and understand customers goals is a must. We are a very busy shop with a small but mighty team. We are excited to add a Full-time designer to our team! Pay is $25-$35 per hour based on experience. This is a sales driven enviroment and monthly bonuses will be extended when sales goals are achieved. Qualifications • Space Planning and Interior Design skills - with a talent for pattern play and color a must! • Experience in Project Management • Knowledge of “To the Trade” brands • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in design software and tools • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field • Previous experience in the wallpaper or home decor industry is a plus
