Interior Design Project Manager

Award-winning, high-end residential interior design firm is seeking a Interior Design Project Manager for a full-time position. Our new Interior Design Project Manager will collaborate with the owner/principal designer to organize, implement and manage all aspects of the design process, including but not limited to: • Assist in creating and maintaining project spreadsheets, floor plans, 3-D renderings, schedule and budget. • Source, price, order and track all items for multiple projects simultaneously. • Coordinate shipments from our vendors to warehouse receiver and arrange for deliveries & installations in our clients’ homes. • Coordinate and assist with site visits to client’s homes and trade offices, project specifications and photo documentation. • Organize and prepare design presentation materials. • Create client visual boards. • Assist (and hustle!) on install and photo shoot days. Interior Design Project Manager Job Requirements: • AT LEAST 3-5year of working experience • Prior experience in an Interior Design Firm or administrative office preferred. • Proficient in Auto Cad and SketchUp preferred • Proficient in Photoshop and Graphic Design preferred • Experience with G-Suite • Ability to take direction, learn quickly, multi-task and work independently. • High level of professionalism - all candidates are expected to look presentable in the work place and have experience working in a professional setting. • Energetic • Appreciation and sincere interest in modern and eclectic design. • Problem solving wiz and thinks well on your feet. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proactive with strong attention to details/deadlines. • Must be flexible and willing to jump into any situations to help us perform!
