Job Responsibilities:
• Client Communication: Attend client meetings, planning sessions, and construction meetings to ensure successful project execution.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with the project Architect, Manager, Director, and outside consultants to achieve high-quality results.
• Design Services: Perform a range of design services, including construction administration, interior finish selection, furniture procurement, artwork acquisition, and signage installation.
• Presentation: Lead presentations and communicate design concepts effectively using suitable software.
• FF&E Management: Prepare FF&E budgets, purchasing packages, and presentation materials.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate vendor meetings to ensure timely completion.
• Customer Service: Foster positive relationships with clients while cultivating new business opportunities.
• Travel: May require occasional travel.
Qualifications:
• Education: Interior Design Degree from an Accredited University.
• Licensure: Licensed (preferred).
• Experience: 5-10 years of experience in the field.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in REVIT, Bluebeam, 3D software, Adobe suite, and MS Office.
• Soft Skills: Self-motivated team player with good organization and communication skills.
