About the Role: As an Interior Design Professional, you will play a crucial role in shaping commercial interiors that prioritize wellness, inclusion, and sustainability. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with project teams on diverse design projects Conduct in-person surveys and assessments of existing spaces Participate in spatial planning and selection of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) Create engaging client presentations showcasing design ideas Develop 3D models and detailed design documents through construction stages Assist with construction administration tasks Perform additional related duties as required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design or Architecture 2-4 years of professional experience in interior architectural design Some prior experience in workplace design or commercial interiors Strong proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite Knowledge of building codes and accessibility standards Familiarity with Citrix and Mural platforms is advantageous Experience in creating construction documents is a plus LEED and/or WELL project experience is highly desirable Compensation & Benefits: Salary range of $70,000 - $85,000 per annum, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, hybrid working flexibility, and more.
