Job Description We are seeking an experienced Commercial Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, space planning, and facility planning. Key Responsibilities • Develop effective design strategies that meet client needs and exceed expectations. • Create comprehensive design concepts, including layouts, specifications, and finish selections. • Collaborate with other designers and stakeholders to develop project plans and timelines. • Conduct site visits to ensure projects are progressing according to plan. • Review the work of outside contractors to ensure it meets our quality standards. • Conduct post-occupancy evaluations and punch list reviews. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field. • Prior experience in interior design, space planning, facility planning, architectural drafting, AutoCAD, or furniture specification is preferred. • Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills are essential.
