This is an exceptional opportunity to join a talented team of professionals who translate experience into insight, turn challenges into opportunities, and build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues. • *Key Responsibilities:** • Predesign, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation tasks related to interior design scope of projects. • Designing complete projects and preparing project documents, specifications, and reports. • Formulating and solving design challenges with timely and innovative solutions. • Conducting research to support proposed design solutions. • Preparing and presenting project documents, drawings, visual aids, and presentations. • *Requirements:** • Bachelor's degree in interior design or architecture and NCIDQ certification or state registration (as applicable), and five years relevant experience. • Passion for design and knowledge of state and local building codes, life safety codes, and other relevant ordinances. • Proficiency in production software and construction documentation. • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with and build strong relationships with clients, customers, contractors, team members, and other key stakeholders.
