Interior Design Professional

Job Title: Interior Design Associate Job Description: The Interior Design Associate is a key role in our team, responsible for engaging customers on the sales floor to support their design projects. This individual will conduct design appointments with customers to determine design needs and provide tile, wood, stone, and accessories advice for both residential and commercial projects. Main Responsibilities: • Greet store customers in a helpful manner and supports store design walk-in needs • Schedule design appointments for existing and potential customers, while developing clientele through networking and referrals • Provide expert advice to homeowners, interior designers, and builders for tile, wood, stone, and accessory products • Design and sell complete, functional, and aesthetically appealing solutions • Manage multiple customer projects through all phases with accuracy, timeliness, and follow-up Required Skills and Qualifications: • 1+ years of retail/customer service experience • High school diploma or equivalent • Basic mathematical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite • Self-motivation and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Benefits: • Limited travel may be required by car • Frequently exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles Physical Requirements: Moderate to noisy work environment.
