Job Description We are seeking a highly talented and dedicated Interior Designer to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in the project lifecycle, contributing to all aspects of the design process, including client consultations, creating custom design boards, sourcing materials and products, and overseeing project installations. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and project goals. • Develop and present custom design boards that reflect the MFI aesthetic and client expectations. • Source high-quality products, materials, and finishes to bring designs to life. • Manage project timelines and budgets while coordinating with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders. • Oversee installations to ensure design intent and quality standards are achieved. • Maintain organized project documentation and communicate updates to the team and clients. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field. • Minimum of 4 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects. • Proficiency in design software, including Photoshop and AutoCAD. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Excel. • Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative team-oriented mindset. • A positive attitude and passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces.
