We are seeking an experienced Office Manager for our Residential Interior Design Studio to manage procurement and bookkeeping along with general administrative duties. This is a dynamic position for someone who likes to take charge and wants to work on the business side in a creative environment.

Job Description:
The Office Manager is responsible general administrative duties as well as procurement: creating, tracking, and troubleshooting purchase orders for all client design projects including fabrics, soft goods, case goods, hard goods, and custom orders. In addition, this role includes bookkeeping; accounts payable and receivable; client billing; assistance with tax prep and anything related to the financial needs of the business.
Duties:
Create POs and manage the purchase process for custom furniture orders
Communicate with vendors and work with Project Managers to determine delivery dates
Accurately document all details and report on progress and delivery dates
Manage client files
Manage agendas for company meetings
Biweekly payroll submission & time off monitoring
Monthly office supply inventory & ordering
Client billing
Accounts payable and receivable
Monthly financial reconciliation
Annual financial reporting
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field
Previous experience in accounting/bookkeeping & office management
Tech savvy and proficient in Design Manager, Asana, and Microsoft Suite
Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Compensation & Benefits:
50-60K based on experience
36 hour work week
Paid time off

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
