About this role
The Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing all social media platforms and keeping our online presence fresh and engaging. Supported brands include, but are not limited to L&L, Love, Leroy, and Manor. Will work closely with direct supervisor on strategy implementation. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
MARKETING
• Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, boost engagement, and drive e-commerce sales.
• Oversee content strategy, including social media, website, newsletters, blogs, and print collateral, ensuring storytelling aligns with the firm’s luxury aesthetic.
• Manage and post on key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn), ensuring consistent branding, tone, and messaging.
• Cultivate relationships with design publications, influencers, and industry partners to secure press features and strategic collaborations.
• Monitor and analyze metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) to optimize campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and report findings to leadership.
• Maintain and update the company website to reflect current projects, services, and brand content.
• Develop campaigns to attract and nurture potential clients while enhancing relationships with existing clientele.
• Plan and execute exclusive events, partnerships, and sponsorships to reinforce brand presence within the luxury design space.
• Lead email and direct marketing campaigns, including content creation for project updates, to-the-trade communications, and client newsletters.
• Maintain employee uniforms and other physical brand applications, ensuring alignment with our aesthetic.
• Oversee client gifting strategies to strengthen relationships.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Liaise with leadership to strategically align marketing goals with the company’s overall vision.
• Assist in high-priority project installations as needed, ensuring exceptional preparation and attention to detail.
• Remain adaptable to additional tasks or challenges as assigned by the leadership team.
Location: Capitol Hill HQ
Required Skills & Abilities:
• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot with minimal supervision.
• Organized and resourceful self-starter with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and speak professionally with high-profile clients.
• Proficiency in SEO, audience engagement strategies, and mastery of social media platforms.
• Familiarity and experience with tools like Hootsuite, Klaviyo, Meta Business Suite/Ad Manager, Google Ads/Analytics, Materio, and ClickUp.
Other Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within luxury interior design, architecture, fashion, or high-end lifestyle brands.
Experience in design, architecture, or construction industries is strongly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
