Interior Design Manager

About the Role HOK is seeking a skilled and creative Senior Interior Design Professional to join our team. As an integral member of our design group, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality interior design solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. Responsibilities We are looking for someone with excellent space planning skills, who can develop innovative design concepts that balance aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability. Key responsibilities include: • Leading complex interior design projects from concept to completion. • Selecting and specifying materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and artwork that meet client goals and project requirements. • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors. • Collaborating with project teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: • 4+ years of experience in interior design, preferably in a senior or lead capacity. • A LEED credential or willingness to obtain one within 6 months of employment. • Advanced knowledge of design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup. • Excellent communication and project management skills.
