Compensation and Benefits The compensation package includes an annual performance bonus and a salary range of $71,000 to $87,000, dependent on location and experience. Key Responsibilities This role involves leading project design, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating with integrated engineering teams. You will also be responsible for initiating and maintaining client relationships, constructing design concepts, and analyzing project requirements. Requirements and Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree from a CIDA-accredited university, 5-10 years of design experience, and Interior Design Licensure (NCIDQ or State) or working towards licensure are required. Proficiency in software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office suite, Bluebeam, and Outlook is necessary.
