Interior Design Manager

A company is looking for an Interior Design Manager to lead their Interior Design and CAFM teams. Key Responsibilities Lead the evaluation of requests, set priorities, and define project scope while assigning work for timely execution Coordinate project scope development, budget formation, and schedules in alignment with business partners Review project budgets and vendor contracts, driving continuous improvement through process enhancements Required Qualifications A minimum of six years of real estate experience, including three years of leadership experience OR a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of three years of real estate experience, including three years of leadership experience Experience managing a team and delivering multiple projects, including complex initiatives Knowledge of Interior Design and AutoCAD Experience in driving organizational change and implementing new processes
