We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Interior Designer to join our team and contribute to the success of our luxury home projects. Job Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for leading design projects from concept to completion, working closely with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure exceptional results. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced interior designer to take their career to the next level. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement design concepts that meet client expectations and exceed their needs. • Collaborate with contractors, architects, and suppliers to manage projects and ensure timely completion. • Provide clear and effective communication to clients throughout the project lifecycle. • Manage budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed within scope and on schedule. • Lead and mentor junior designers to develop their skills and expertise. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture. • 5+ years of experience in the design industry, preferably in luxury home projects. • Proficient in design software (Revit and Enscape preferred). • Strong knowledge of residential furniture, fixtures, and finishes, including materials, sizing, and installation recommendations. • Awareness and interest in timeless, luxurious design that is bespoke yet functional for clients.
