Interior Design Manager- Staging

Interior Designer (Home Staging Manager) Art Of Living & Design is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to lead and manage a home staging business. This is a hands-on role that combines design expertise, project coordination, and business oversight. Responsibilities: Design and execute home staging concepts for residential properties Coordinate staging projects from planning to installation Manage inventory, furnishings, and décor selection Oversee staging schedules, logistics, and property readiness Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and team members Maintain high design standards aligned with market trends Qualifications: Formal training in Interior Design (required) Proven experience in interior design and/or home staging Strong eye for design, space planning, and detail Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Experience in project management or business operations (preferred) Self-motivated, reliable, and able to take initiative Compensation & Schedule: $28–$40 per hour, based on experience Part-time for the first 2–3 months, with transition to full-time Flexible schedule with growth opportunity Pay: $54,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Baltimore, MD 21217
