Job Description Key Responsibilities: • Achieve or surpass sales goals, operating benchmarks, and personal objectives by promoting the La-Z-Boy In-Home Design program and providing customized design solutions. • Translate client needs into actionable design concepts, conduct insightful in-home consultations, and provide coaching and training to sales teams. • Create design concepts, digital presentations, and finish selections, furnishings, and fixtures to meet client requirements and preferences. • Schedule and conduct in-home consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and vision for their space. • Collaborate with support teams to ensure flawless execution of operational excellence and proper execution of all existing and new systems and administrative procedures. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in interior design or a related field. • 2-3 years of experience in residential interior design, with proficiency in computer-aided design programs, financial understanding, and analytical abilities. • Excellent interpersonal communication, goal orientation, team management, and customer service skills. • A valid driver's license and ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
