Interior Design Leader - Architect

Design Leader, Interiors Position Overview We are seeking a creative and strategic Design Leader for our Interiors division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design process, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of interior design projects from concept to completion. This role requires a strong vision for innovative interior spaces and the ability to inspire and mentor a talented team of designers. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage interior design projects from initial concept through to completion. • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for interior spaces. • Develop design concepts and present them to clients and stakeholders for approval. • Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and client specifications. • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment. • Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. • Stay informed about industry trends and innovations to maintain a competitive edge in design solutions. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural interior design, with a proven track record of successful projects. • Proficient in design software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
