Interior Design Lead

About the Senior Design Position This position leads our interior design team and provides a seamless consultative service that builds lasting relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have 6 years of interior design experience, proficiency in basic mathematical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and knowledge of hard surface flooring. Key Responsibilities • Meet with customers to discuss project needs and provide creative design concepts that incorporate their personal style, lifestyle, and budget. • Schedule design appointments, develop clientele through networking and referrals, and provide tile, wood, stone, and accessories advice to homeowners, interior designers, and builders. • Manage multiple customer projects from inquiry to installation, achieve sales goals, and collaborate with store leadership and employees. Working Conditions • Limited travel may be required by car. • Frequently exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles.
