Interior Design Lead

Job Description BizForce is looking for an experienced Interior Design Lead to take charge of projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end project ownership and excellent presentation and communication skills. • Lead the full interior design process—from initial concept and space planning to final execution • Present design proposals to clients, consultants, and stakeholders with confidence and clarity • Mentor a design team responsible for producing detailed drawings and project documents • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure projects meet design intent, quality standards, and timelines The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in interior design and proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.
