About the Role "> We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Interior Designer to lead our interior design team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts that meet client goals and project budgets. "> Key Responsibilities "> • Develop and implement interior design strategies that meet client needs and project objectives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of interior design services. • Lead and mentor junior designers to develop their skills and expertise. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality and efficiency. "> Requirements "> To succeed in this role, you will need: "> • 10+ years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects. • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams. • Knowledge of interior design software, including Autodesk Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office. • A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field. • A LEED Accredited Professional certification.
