Role Description
This is a part-time (or full-time for the right candidate) on-site role for an Interior Design Lead for commercial projects at CURéA Design Studio in Centennial, CO. The Interior Design Lead will be responsible for leading the design team, leading client meetings, overseeing design deliverables (full design and construction packages, furniture, art and wayfinding packages) and interior finish palette and furniture standards development, and lead interior projects.
Requirements
• Exceptional Communication, Leadership, and Project Management skills.
• Must have 6+ years of commercial interior design experience to be considered.
• Strong ability to communicate project needs to internal design team, coordinate with project consultants, execute deliverables, and lead client meetings.
• Knowledge of environmental graphic design and wayfinding design.
• Behavioral Health Consulting and Design knowledge.
• Relevant Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design.
• Strong Revit experience is required. Minimum 5 years experience, no exception.
• Able to travel for in person meetings throughout Colorado, and other states as project’s need.
