We are looking for a team member to assist our design consultants in creating the spaces our clients want and deserve. Duties: - The position requires team leadership and the ability to manage the design process including the ability to review and provide feedback on design projects - Attend professional home consultations with our design consultants - Execute our in home design process per company guidelines. - Must be computer & tech savvy - Microsoft Office - Powerpoint; Adobe PDF, Gmail - Collaborate with clients to understand their interior design needs and preferences - Create and present design concepts, including floor plans, color schemes, and furniture arrangements - Select and source materials, finishes, furniture, lighting fixtures, and accessories - Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution - Oversee the process to ensure adherence to design specifications - Assist clients with budgeting and cost estimation for their projects - Provide guidance on lighting design and recommend appropriate fixtures for each space - Stay updated on industry trends and new design techniques - Support design related functions in the store - Maintain an up to date customed portfolio including before and after pictures of previous in home design projects Skills: - Must be skilled in selling experience with an ability to close a sale - Tech Savvy - Strong creativity and an eye for detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build a rapport - Proficiency in design software - Ability to work within time and budget constraints - Strong project management skills If you are a talented Interior Designer with a passion for creating beautiful spaces, we would love to hear from you.
