Interior Design Lead

Key Responsibilities We are looking for a skilled Interior Designer who can provide professional customer interface and perform various tasks related to interior design and construction projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities • Attend client planning meetings and provide professional customer interface. • Perform programming, space planning, and coordinate project designs and construction plans. • Develop and review proposed project designs and construction plans. • Ensure that plans meet customer specifications and are ready for order entry. • Manage changes and revisions to project specifications. • Work with installers and project management to ensure installation meets customer specifications. • Track and record design hours to specific projects for job costing. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Construction, or Interior Architecture. • NCIDQ certification, PMP certification is a plus. • Proficient in Microsoft Programs and AutoCAD. • Excellent customer service and team communication skills. • Strong organizational skills to remember important details of each project and scope of work. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. • Ability to work with mathematical concepts.
