Job Description We're seeking a skilled Senior Designer to join our team and contribute to our exciting projects. As a Senior Designer, you'll have the opportunity to work independently on multiple interior projects, from concept to installation. Key Responsibilities • Keep a knowledge of each project from start to finish — you will be developing, leading and managing multiple projects at a time on your own while collaborating with the overall design vision, selections, and materials with the Principal Lead Designer. • Communicate daily, problem solve, and oversee all aspects of each project with clients, architects, contractors, and subs. Requirements • 4-5+ years of industry experience working at a residential interior design studio designing, managing, and overseeing every aspect of high-end residential design projects from conception to installation. • Bachelor's Degree. • Must be highly proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and Google Docs/Sheets. • A strong interiors design eye and highly curated aesthetic that matches our MGD look and style. • Incredible level of attention to detail and extremely organized. Compensation and Benefits The estimated salary for this position is $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
