Key Responsibilities: • Develop comprehensive design solutions for diverse projects. • Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes. • Prepare detailed construction documents, including specifications, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. • Source and specify FF&E that enhance the overall design aesthetic. • Oversee project execution, managing budgets, schedules, and quality control. What You'll Bring: • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture. • 5+ years of experience in architectural interior design. • Expertise in design software, including AutoCAD and Revit. • Deep understanding of building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainable design practices. • Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
