Interior Designer We are seeking an experienced and creative Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate combines artistic vision with a strong understanding of design principles. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing interior design projects, collaborating with clients, and working independently on design projects. They will develop documents, including estimates, timelines, budgets, and design programs. They will also source furniture, fabrics, equipment, lighting, and building materials. The ideal candidate will have an interior design degree, NCIDQ certification, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a full-time interior designer position. They will be proficient in design software, including SketchUp, SketchUp Layout, and AutoCAD. They will also have excellent client relations skills, project management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities: • Manage interior design projects, including assisting clients and coordinating with vendors. • Develop documents, including estimates, timelines, budgets, and design programs. • Souce furniture, fabrics, equipment, lighting, and building materials. • Work with consultants, contractors, and fabricators to meet project objectives.
