Interior Design Internship

Interior Design Internship Maura O’Malley Interiors, a full service high-end residential interior design firm is looking for a design intern to join our team! The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in collaborative settings and who has a passion for creating beautiful timeless interiors! Responsibilities • Manage the materials and finishes library • Collaborate with the MOI team to source supporting fabrics and furnishings for client schemes • Vendor communications to request pricing of custom upholstery, furnishings, finishes and accessories. • In-house development and upkeep of schedules for plumbing, tile, lighting, furniture etc. • 3D modeling and rendering • Willingness and work ethic to initiate tasks and flexibility to help with whatever is needed. Skills • 1-2 years of Interior Design experience • Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled as a student in an Interior Design program • Well versed in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Google Workspace (Drive, Docs. etc.), and Dropbox Job Types: Part-time, Internship Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: • Flexible schedule Ability to Commute: • Boston, MA 02116 (Required) Work Location: In person
