Interior Design Intern (part-time) job at IRT Living. Louisville, KY. We are seeking an Interior Design Intern for the school year, now through May 2025 (this can be extended into the summer if needed). We offer flexibility on the days and times the intern will work depending upon their school schedule. Independence Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: IRT) is a real estate investment trust that owns and operates multifamily apartments. IRT owns 120+ apartment complexes in 12 states. The design dept. works closely on all renovations for amenity spaces, models, and capital projects. To learn more about us visit: IG: IRTDesign Responsibilities : • Work with interior design team to develop design solutions • Research concepts and materials to support design team on technical issues influencing concept development • Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion • Work daily in Revit and Enscape for renderings • Travel to project locations to check on projects from conception to the completion of job install • Monthly lunch & learn events with vendors Requirements: • Student enrolled in an Interior Design program • Knowledge of Revit, Enscape, InDesign, Photoshop and MSOffice • Revit 3-D renderings and floor plan design and architectural drawings • Highly motivated, high energy, willing to jump in and assist design team as needed • Ability to install design jobs.
