As we continue to innovate and expand our offerings, we are seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team as a Restaurant Interior Design Intern. Job Description: As a Restaurant Interior Design Intern at Fearless Restaurants, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to the creation of inviting and memorable dining spaces. Under the guidance of our Director of Development, you will assist in executing interior design projects for our restaurants. From brainstorming initial ideas to selecting furnishings and decor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the aesthetic appeal of our establishments. Responsibilities: Collaborate with our Director of Development to develop innovative concepts for restaurant interiors. Research and source furniture, lighting, fixtures, and materials that align with project requirements and budget constraints. Support in coordinating with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress, address any design-related issues, and provide creative solutions. Assist in maintaining design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and schedules. Qualifications: Strong passion for interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Prior internship or work experience in interior design is a plus, but not required. Must have the ability to travel to all our restaurants in Philadelphia and the suburbs. 10 - 12 weeks minimum commitment Benefits: Hands-on experience working on real-world interior design projects.
