Role Description This is an Interior Design Intern role at Amariz Interiors. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to be involved in various aspects of the design process. You will assist in space planning, collaborate with the design team, communicate with clients, and contribute to the selection of furniture, fixtures and accesories. This is a hybrid role based in Houston, TX, with flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications • Strong knowledge and experience in space planning and interior design • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to collaborate effectively with a design team and communicate with clients • Familiarity with furniture selection • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Proficiency in relevant design software and technology • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines • Relevant coursework • Flexibility and adaptability to a dynamic and creative work environment • If fully graduated we will consider a full time position
