Responsibilites shall include, but are not limited to the following: • Assist designers in Interior Design Dept. • Coordination with consultants, vendors and Owner • General office work • Composing and sending memos/emails • Provide administrative assistance as needed • Handle various other tasks as directed Position Requirements: • At least 1 year of experience • Experience with Word, Excel & Outlook is required; Design Manager & Photoshop a plus • Overall understanding of Interior Design • Ability to follow design direction • Understand Schematic Design and Design Development • Ability to work on multiple projects simuutaneously with minimum supervision • Strong organizational and problem solving skills • Procurement experience a plus • Detail oriented • Works well under pressure • Self-motivated team player • High-end residential interior design experience preferred
