Interior Design Intern

This position reports to the Program Manager/Orlando Office Leader for BA and is responsible for collaborating with experienced Interior Designers on various projects, gaining hands-on experience in the field. Essential Functions As an Interior Design Intern at BA, you will:• Assist in the development of design concepts and presentations.• Support the design team with project research, material selection, and sourcing.• Create and update project documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and renderings.• Participate in client meetings and site visits.• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.• Maintain organized project files and samples library.• Perform administrative tasks as needed. Minimum Requirements • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited interior design program.• Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial planning.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.• Passion for interior design and a willingness to learn.
