Interior Design Intern

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Existing conditions surveying, production of existing condition models in Revit, documentation production. - Zoning and code research. - Participate actively in meetings and projects, from beginning to end. - Support the design team in the creation and implementation of compelling design solutions. - Assist in developing floor plans, reflected ceiling plan, elevations & details in Revit - Assist with digital presentations, client presentations, and vendor presentations. - Creating mood boards, sample boards, and design boards using software like InDesign, Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator. - Ordering & researching material samples, fabric, and finish samples. - Maintain the sample library, organizing, ordering, and returning samples to vendors. - General office administration tasks. Requirements: Minimum three years of completed undergraduate or graduate education in interior design, strong working knowledge of Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam software, familiarity with material, furniture, fabric vendors is desired. Strong verbal, visual, written communication & organizational skills, strong collaboration skills working with internal teams and external clients and project partners, ability to work independently on an assignment, deep curiosity and desire to learn. Must have their own transportation and be local to the Boston Area
