Interior Design Expert for Luxury Homes

Project Responsibilities: As an Interior Design Expert for Luxury Homes, you will have the opportunity to work on high-end projects, collaborating with experienced professionals and contributing to the delivery of exceptional results. Your role will involve owning 5-10 high-end projects at a time, leading the design direction and implementation, conducting site-measurements, creating inspiration and material boards, generating 3D models and photorealistic renderings, making purchase orders, compiling vendor quotes, and assembling this information in builder software. You will also be responsible for leading client meetings, scheduling project-related vendor meetings, making material selections, and keeping meeting documentation. These responsibilities require a strong design aesthetic, excellent organizational skills, and at least 3-5 years of experience in luxury kitchen and/or bath design or similar experience. In addition to these responsibilities, you must be proficient in Auto-CAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUP, and Microsoft Suite, with experience with 2020 Design being preferred. You must also be willing to travel around the Charlotte Metro Area to meet with clients and provide your own transportation. A four-year Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or related field or extensive experience at residential interior design firm(s) is also required.
