Key Responsibilities • Assess customer's needs, preferences, and expectations regarding their lifestyle and specific products for their new home • Advise customer's on interior design factors, such as space planning, layout and color coordination • Provide complete product information detailing performance, durability, and maintenance of selections You will also assist in resolving customer problems and/or concerns, continuously learn and improve knowledge base; instruct store associates on process and capabilities
