Interior Design Expert

The Opportunity Elevate the guest experience by nurturing the growth of our complimentary design service as a Design Consultant. Partner with other Design Consultants to promote external outreach within the community and expand our current market reach. You are the champion of guest engagement, ensuring an inspiring shopping event where guests feel empowered to customize their space. Our designers travel the world for inspiration, translating the latest trends in fashion, color, and style into finely crafted products not found anywhere else. Your Impact • Provide expert design solutions for scheduled appointments, virtual appointments, and 'on-demand' design time. • Nurture relationships with local organizations and businesses that benefit from our Design Solutions services, providing them with marketing materials. • Support the retail team in various responsibilities, including order entry, visual floorsets, merchandising reinforcement of store maintenance and standards, and product training activities. What You Bring • Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design, consultation, and event planning. • Proven space planning skills. • Basic drafting skills with the ability to read and interpret architectural plans and basic floor plans. • Conduct Home Visits with established guests and hold a valid driver's license. • A flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong attention to detail.
