Interior Design Expert

As a leader in the industry, we are seeking an innovative professional to join our team and take charge of the In-Home Design program. This role requires exceptional design skills, ability to translate client needs into actionable concepts, and expertise in conducting insightful consultations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for elevating the design culture, providing coaching and training to sales teams, and ensuring operational excellence. Key Responsibilities • Promote the La-Z-Boy In-Home Design program to clients, present customized portfolio presentations tailored to their requirements and preferences, and achieve or surpass store and individual design sales goals. • Achieve annual operating benchmarks and personal objectives. • Schedule and conduct in-home consultations to understand clients' unique needs, preferences, and vision for their space. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 2-3 years of experience in sales or interior design, with a residential emphasis. • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, computer-aided design programs, financial understanding, adept interpersonal communication, analytical abilities, goal orientation, team management, and customer service.
