Key Responsibilities • Provide exceptional customer service by being responsive to customer needs, empathetic, and professional at all times. • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including daily cleaning tasks and ensuring that merchandise is displayed in a visually appealing manner. • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and gift card purchases. Requirements • Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required. • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
